🚚 Free Shipping (1–2 Day UPS Zones)
If your shipping address falls within our 1–2 day UPS Ground zone (typically western and central U.S.), you’ll receive free shipping on all orders over $100.

We use UPS Ground to deliver your box fast and fresh. Typically within 1–2 business days.

📦 Processing & Handling Times

We prepare, portion, and pack each order fresh — typically within 1 business day of ordering.

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM MST on Wednesday will ship the same week, usually within 24 hours.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM MST on Wednesday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday to avoid weekend transit delays.

This ensures your order arrives fresh, frozen, and never sits in a shipping facility over the weekend.

This schedule ensures your meat arrives cold, safe, and ready to enjoy. Without sitting in transit over the weekend.

Every order is carefully packed using:

  • Blast-chilled meats

  • Vacuum-sealed packaging

  • Flash-freezing techniques

We don’t use preservatives — we rely on precision freezing and airtight seals to preserve flavor, texture, and freshness from our kitchen to yours.

All orders are shipped from Lehi, Utah, and transit times may vary depending on UPS service availability and seasonal volume.

We want you to love every bite. If something’s not right, we’re here to make it right.

If you receive a product that is defective or unsatisfactory, please email us at support@crnvrmeats.com within five (5) days of delivery.

Depending on the issue, we may offer a:

  • Credit

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

We may request a photo or return of the item to verify the concern before issuing any refund or credit.

Please note:

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on fully consumed or thawed items unless damage or quality concerns are clearly documented.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to our error.
